Adelante Mujeres is a Latine women empowerment organization through education, leadership access, and business opportunities.

Advancing cultural, economic, and health equity for the local Latinx growing community with a positive impact on our land and climate. The Agriculture and Food Sovereignty Program teaches closed-loop growing and other best farming practices to new and beginning Latine farmers and members of the Latine community interested in growing their own food and improving the health of their families and community.

They help beginning farmers to understand farming and its practices in Oregon and how to be successful at it. They also conduct a farmers market and fight for land access/justice for underserved Latinx farmers in Oregon. They work with a cohort of farmers to vend at the Cornelius and Forest Grove Farmers Market to help with business opportunities and support.

Adelante Mujeres offers technical assistance that empowers Latine farmers with hands-on training, sustainable farming practices, individualized support, and guidance in accessing capital.
