Capital Assistance for Local Farmers

The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon and the Black American Chamber of Commerce have partnered together to offer a one-time direct funding opportunity (between $2,500-$25,000), and technical assistance services to chosen minority owned businesses throughout Oregon.

Who is eligible?
Minority owned for-profit businesses at all stages located within the state of Oregon are eligible to apply for funding opportunities. Priority is given to businesses operating in urban, rural and frontier areas, but the funding is divided so there is no competition for funding between these priority areas.

Disbursement Schedule:
Even if your disbursement time has passed, don’t worry! We will be doing final disbursements in November that will pull from a pool of those who have previously applied throughout the state. This is not a first-come first-serve grant. Businesses will be chosen based on available funds and program priorities.”
