Clackamas Community College has a full Organic Farming Certificate Program. The 1 year long Program focuses on an ecological systems approach to regenerative farming principles and practices organic production methods.

Courses cover the principles and practices of organic fruit and vegetable growing, harvesting, and marketing, as well as starting and managing a successful farm business. We have just under an acre of land in production where students get hands-on learning about organic farming practices. We sell our food to the local community via a CSA and Farmer’s Market. Our program now offers classes on cut flower growing, and medicinal herb farming. Participants learn how to farm but also join our growing community of farmers.
