Online Tool

This tool was developed to support tribes of the Pacific Northwest and Great Basin “by providing information on how the climate is expected to change in the places Tribes care about. It provides maps, graphs, tables, and descriptions of projected changes.” Users can search by “Tribe” and “Area of Interest” to find a location and the specific changes they’re predicted to go through from climate change. Once selecting a place, users can click “Create Summary Report” on the lower-left side of the page to generate a neat report on predicted changes to the environment in the next decades.

Though developed with tribal interests in mind to account for the disproportionate effects experienced by tribes from climate change, this tool can be helpful to anyone in and around these areas who may be affected.
